Yes. Nutty North is designed with gifting in mind. You can keep the classic Nutty North presentation or personalize your box with an occasion tag and an optional personal message.

Available gifting options may include Birthday, Thank You, Thinking of You, Congratulations, Get Well Soon, With Love, Teacher Appreciation, Host Gift, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Holiday, and other seasonal occasions. Availability may vary throughout the year.

No. The signature Nutty North box and presentation remain consistent. Occasion styling is intentionally subtle and is added through a small tag or seasonal detail so the gift always keeps the Nutty North look.

Yes. When building your gift box, you can add an optional personal message for the recipient. Your selected message will be included with that specific gift box.

Yes. Each gift box can be built separately, allowing you to choose different flavours, occasions, and personal messages for different recipients.

Yes. Nutty North products contain nuts, milk, and wheat and are prepared in a kitchen where other allergens may also be present. Ingredient and allergen information will be included with each order.

No. The current Velvet Nut Bite collection contains wheat and is not gluten-free.

Keep your gift box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Storage and best-before guidance will be included with every order.

Yes. Select Calgary pickup during checkout. You may optionally share a preferred date and time, and Nutty North will confirm the final pickup location and available pickup time by email.

No. The date and time entered during checkout are preferences only and are subject to availability. Final pickup arrangements will be confirmed by Nutty North.

Local delivery is available within selected Calgary areas. A complete delivery address is required during checkout, and availability and any applicable delivery fee will be confirmed separately.

No. The amount paid online currently covers the product total only. Any applicable local delivery fee will be confirmed separately.

Canada-wide shipping is not currently available. We are exploring packaging and fulfilment options that can protect the intended texture, quality, and presentation of every gift box.

After successful payment, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email showing your gift boxes, flavours, gifting details, and order information. Nutty North will then follow up as needed regarding pickup or delivery.

Online payment is securely processed by Stripe. Nutty North does not directly receive or store your card details.

Yes. Special pricing or additional gifting options may be available for qualifying multi-box orders. For larger quantities, corporate gifting, events, or custom presentation requests, please submit an inquiry before ordering.

Yes. Nutty North offers gifting for clients, employees, teams, holiday programs, real estate and closing gifts, events, and other larger-order occasions.

Custom messages, branded tags, or other presentation details may be available for qualifying corporate and event orders depending on quantity, timing, and requirements.
