Nutty North gift boxes may be personalized with available occasion tags and optional personal messages. Occasion styling is intended to complement the signature Nutty North presentation rather than replace the standard packaging.

Tag designs, ribbon details, seasonal accents, and other presentation elements may vary depending on season and availability.

Customers are responsible for reviewing personal messages, names, and other customization details before placing an order. Nutty North may contact the customer if clarification is required.

Nutty North reserves the right to decline personalization that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

Nutty North products contain nuts, milk, and wheat and are prepared in a kitchen where other allergens may also be present.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before purchasing, gifting, serving, or consuming Nutty North products.

If you are purchasing a gift for another person, you are responsible for considering the recipient's dietary restrictions and allergies before ordering.

All orders are subject to product availability, ingredient availability, production capacity, and acceptance by Nutty North.

Because products are handcrafted to order, availability may be limited during weekends, holidays, seasonal gifting periods, and other busy dates.

Nutty North may limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order when necessary. If payment has already been collected for an order Nutty North cannot fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Corporate, event, seasonal, and other multi-box orders may require additional lead time and are subject to production capacity.

Large-order pricing, preferred pricing, custom branding, personalized tags, delivery arrangements, and other custom presentation options are not guaranteed and will be confirmed individually where applicable.

A quote or inquiry does not reserve production capacity until the order has been accepted and any required payment arrangements have been completed.

Website prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Online product payments are processed securely through the payment provider shown during checkout.

Any applicable local delivery fee is currently confirmed separately and may not be included in the product total paid online.

Prices, promotional offers, and preferred multi-box pricing may change without notice. Pricing applicable to an accepted order will be confirmed at the time of purchase or quotation.

Calgary pickup and local delivery are subject to availability.

Preferred pickup dates and times submitted during checkout are requests only and are not confirmed reservations. Nutty North will confirm final pickup arrangements directly with the customer.

Local delivery is available only within eligible areas and on available dates. Delivery availability and any applicable fee will be confirmed separately.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery addresses, access instructions, and other information required to fulfill the order.

Requests to change flavours, quantities, personalization, pickup details, or other order information should be submitted as soon as possible.

Because products may be made and personalized specifically for an order, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once preparation, production, packaging, or custom work has begun.

Approved changes may be subject to additional charges if they require additional ingredients, packaging, printing, customization, or production work.

Due to the food-related, made-to-order, and potentially personalized nature of Nutty North products, returns are generally not accepted.

Please contact Nutty North promptly if an order is missing, incorrect, damaged, or affected by a quality concern. Depending on the circumstances, Nutty North may offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

When possible, photographs and order information may be requested to help us review a concern.
