About Nutty North
Nutty North is a Calgary-based gourmet confectionery brand preparing small-batch Velvet Nut Bites and gift-ready collections. Product availability, pricing, and ordering options may change as the business develops.

Because products are handmade in small batches, minor variations in appearance, size, texture, colour, or presentation may occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen information before purchasing or consuming a product.
Orders and Availability
Orders are subject to product availability, production capacity, and acceptance by Nutty North.
We may limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel an order when necessary. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing and Payment
Prices will be displayed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other fees may be added during checkout.
Payment must be completed through the available payment methods before an order is confirmed.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup locations, delivery areas, dates, fees, and order minimums will be shown during checkout or communicated directly to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, address, and delivery information.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible. Because products may be prepared specifically for an order, changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed after production has started.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable and food-related nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
Customers should contact us promptly if an order is missing, incorrect, damaged, or affected by a quality concern. Refunds, replacements, or credits may be considered depending on the circumstances.
Product Care
Customers should follow the storage, handling, and best-before instructions provided with each order. Nutty North is not responsible for quality changes caused by improper storage or handling after pickup or delivery.

Website content, branding, product names, photographs, graphics, text, and design elements belong to Nutty North or their respective licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
